Exclamation  London Routing Issues

A problem with internal IP routing in London is causing some issues with hosted sites. Some co-located and shared hosting services are affected by this outage.

We are working to resolve it as soon as possible.

Exclamation  Power Failure at Aylesbury Data Centre

22:00 30th Nov

Due to a power failure all services located in our Aylesbury Data Centre are currently offline. Engineers at our Electricity Supplier are working on the issue and have estimated that power will be restored at 02:00.

This affects all payment processing services, inbound email service, and some website hosting servers.

Please accept our apologies for this disruption and rest assured that we are doing what we can to resolve it as soon as possible.

Update: Power has been restored but unfortunately there is a problem with one of the servers handling payment processing. We are working to resolve this issue.

Exclamation  Hosted Server Issue (NT)

01:00 16th Nov

Due to a hardware failure in one of the SQL (Sql2000-01) servers in London some websites will experience an error message when trying to connect. We are in the process of having a new power supply fitted and expect to have the situation resolved within the next 3 hours or so.

Please accept our apologoies for this disruption and rest assured that we are doing what we can to resolve it as soon as possible.

Exclamation  Hosted Server Issue (NT)

09:00 20th Sept

There was a connectivity issue with a shared hosting NT web server in London this morning. Traffic levels show a slowdown around 05:00 until LOS around 07:30. Engineers are looking into the cause of the problem.

Exclamation  Router Issues (Metro)

20:00 19th August

An issue with a router in Telehouse Metro has resulted in an outage for several hosted customer websites. NT (5,6,7 & 8) hosted servers are currently offline. Customers who also access the London based SQL servers may also find these unreachable at this time.

Engineers are working on this issue. This issue is resolved 20th Aug 0845


Exclamation  Unplanned Maintenance

19:00 9th August

An issue with switch <=> router connectivity in Telehouse Metro last night resulted in a short outage for several hosted customer machines.

Onsite engineers were able to restore the network connection around 9PM and all services returned to normal shortly. After investigating the issue we are instigating procedures to ensure this does not happen again.
