Exclamation  Power Issue

A power issue is causing some issues today with connections to Aylesbury, engineers are on site and hope to have this rectified shortly.

We are working to resolve it as soon as possible.


Exclamation  DNS changes

A DNS change to a hosted database / development server has been actioned this morning after a change of network location. Some customer services may be affected by this. Please open a ticket if needed.

Customers should see the updated DNS entry shortly. Internal systems are already up to date.

Exclamation  London Routing Issues

A problem with internal IP routing in London is causing some issues with hosted sites. Some co-located and shared hosting services are affected by this outage.

We are working to resolve it as soon as possible.

Exclamation  Hosted Server Issue (NT)

01:00 16th Nov 2009

Due to a hardware failure in one of the SQL (Sql2000-01) servers in London some websites will experience an error message when trying to connect. We are in the process of having a new power supply fitted and expect to have the situation resolved within the next 3 hours or so.

Please accept our apologoies for this disruption and rest assured that we are doing what we can to resolve it as soon as possible.

Exclamation  Hosted Server Issue (NT)

09:00 20th Sept 2009

There was a connectivity issue with a shared hosting NT web server in London this morning. Traffic levels show a slowdown around 05:00 until LOS around 07:30. Engineers are looking into the cause of the problem.

Exclamation  Router Issues (Metro)

20:00 19th August 2009

An issue with a router in Telehouse Metro has resulted in an outage for several hosted customer websites. NT (5,6,7 & 8) hosted servers are currently offline. Customers who also access the London based SQL servers may also find these unreachable at this time.

Engineers are working on this issue. This issue is resolved 20th Aug 0845
